Zebra Technologies, a longtime strategic partner of Bernie’s Book Bank, recently published a children’s book about inclusion featuring their mascot, Zippy. In “Zippy’s Special Gift” Zippy the Zebra learns everyone has a special gift, including herself. The book was written by Therese Van Ryne, Global Director of PR at Zebra Technologies.
“In creating this new book – which has been a personal passion project of mine this year, we are inviting readers to follow Zippy on her journey to appreciating her stripes,” Therese shared. “In turn, we hope this endearing story will inspire people of all ages to see the good in others and instill a sense of belonging.”
Zebra Technologies will donate proceeds from the sale of “Zippy’s Special Gift” to Bernie’s Book Bank, helping to get more books into the hands of local under-served children.
